The Florida Blue Payer2Payer Synthetic Outbound API allows third party application developers to test their application utilizing Sandbox user-friendly data. The Florida Blue Sandbox requires separate registration and subscription to applications.
To get started, please follow these steps:
1. Email InteroperabilityAPIs@bcbsfl.com with a request to whitelist the domain address that will be used before registering and subscribing your application. For example, domain “@bcbsfl.com”. Note: You will receive an email once the request is approved
2. Following whitelist domain approval
